Warranty Policy

March Ridge stands behind the workmanship of completed appliance repairs. This policy explains the 90-day workmanship warranty, what it covers and when a new service issue may fall outside it.

Workmanship warranty
90 days
Warranty coverage begins from the date the repair is completed.
01

What the workmanship warranty covers

Completed repairs are covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue related to the work performed by March Ridge returns during that period, contact us so the appliance can be reassessed and warranty coverage can be determined.

The warranty applies to the workmanship associated with the original completed repair. A similar symptom does not necessarily mean that the same component or repair has failed.

02

What is not covered

The workmanship warranty does not automatically cover a new, unrelated appliance fault or damage caused after the original repair.

01 Problems involving components or faults unrelated to the original repair.
02 Warranty requests made after the 90-day warranty period has expired.
03 Clogs, blockages or restrictions that develop independently of the completed repair.
04 Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, accidental damage or actions by the user.
05 Damage caused by foreign objects entering pumps, motors or other mechanical components.
03

When the same symptom returns

An appliance can sometimes show the same symptom for more than one reason. If the original symptom returns but inspection shows that a different component or new fault is responsible, the new repair may fall outside the workmanship warranty.

Warranty eligibility is determined after the appliance and the reported issue have been reassessed.
04

How to request warranty service

If you believe an issue related to a March Ridge repair has returned within 90 days, contact us and provide the appliance, the date of the original repair and a description of what is happening now.

Important

This policy covers March Ridge workmanship on completed repairs. It does not convert every future problem with the appliance into a warranty claim. Each warranty request is reviewed based on the original repair and the cause of the current issue.
