These Terms & Conditions describe the general terms that apply when you use the March Ridge website or arrange appliance repair service with us.
By arranging a service appointment with March Ridge, you agree to provide accurate information about the appliance, the reported problem and the service location to the best of your knowledge.
Appointment availability may vary by service area, technician availability and the nature of the appliance problem. Same-day service may be available but is not guaranteed.
Appliance symptoms can have more than one possible cause. Information provided by phone, online or before inspection should not be treated as a final diagnosis.
March Ridge begins with diagnosis and inspection of the appliance. When a repair option is available, the findings and proposed repair are explained before work moves forward.
The appliance must be reasonably and safely accessible for diagnosis and repair. The surrounding service area should allow the appliance to be inspected without unreasonable risk to the technician or property.
March Ridge may postpone or decline service where conditions are unsafe, unsanitary or where the appliance cannot be accessed safely without additional work outside the agreed service.
Some repairs may require replacement parts that are not available during the initial service visit. Parts availability can vary by appliance brand, model, age and supplier inventory.
March Ridge cannot guarantee that every replacement part will remain available. If a required part is discontinued or cannot reasonably be obtained, the appliance may not be repairable through the proposed repair.
March Ridge completed repairs are backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty, subject to the terms of our Warranty Policy.
The workmanship warranty applies to the original completed repair. A later problem involving a different component, a new fault, misuse or another excluded condition may require a separate repair.
Read the Warranty Policy →March Ridge aims to diagnose and complete appliance repairs accurately and efficiently. Some problems, however, may require additional diagnosis, a return visit or replacement parts.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, March Ridge is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from an appliance being unavailable while diagnosis, parts ordering or repair is in progress.
Manufacturer recalls, manufacturer warranty programs and other third-party warranty programs remain subject to the terms of the applicable manufacturer or provider.
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated as services, availability or policies change.
Personal information collected through the website or during service arrangements is handled in accordance with the March Ridge Privacy Policy.
Read the Privacy Policy →March Ridge may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website reflects the current terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
